  1. Suck a bag of dicks. The second movie was by far the best of the series. And Mike Epps is awesome. His comic relief was fantastic.

  2. To each their own I guess. There is certainly some fun to be had with Apocalypse, but I think that Extinction and Afterlife were more enjoyable, personally. I'd definitely watch Apocalypse over the first movie though, I think it was made more shoddily, but it's a far more entertaining film.

I'm not budging on Mike Epps though, holy shit I couldn't stand him in this film. Not saying it was his fault, but I found his character to be written in a very grating manner.

  3. Almost ALL of your questions can easily be answered. You obviously paid enough attention to write an in-depth review, but your questions made ME question if you even WATCHED the film.

    1. "Why the hell would Umbrella open up The Hive when they know there are T-virus zombies loose inside?"
-Okay, fair question to an extent, but they're obviously going to try to rescue whatever important research they can. Red Queen kills everyone and locks it down, but Umbrella also sent their team there in the first film, for a reason, so…

    2. "How lucky is it that Alice finds a fully-loaded shotgun less than 10 seconds after escaping the hospital (more lucky than the video games, I'll tell you that much)?"
    – Also fair, this could have been dealt with more realistically, but it's just easy for the plot to work, same as Umbrella reopening The Hive. Also, it's just as easier, if not EASIER, in the games.

    3. "How does Alice know about what the Nemesis program is, considering that she was unconscious when it was enacted, and she didn't link it to Matt Addison until later?"
    – Because she was conscious or semi-conscious at point in the lengthy time they experimented on her. The anaesthetic, chemicals & other meds she was on, I ASSUME, effected her memory, just like in the first film, so she won't instantly remember things, however it's (of course) convenient.

    4. "How does Umbrella get away with dropping a nuclear weapon on Raccoon City, especially considering that they let a bunch of people escape the city (and therefore spread the news about the zombie apocalypse)?"
    – THIS, was a dumb question… They literally explained this at the end of the film. Everyone alive or infected was killed and they were all trapped-in, so no one other than Alice & co escaped. Umbrella did exactly what Alice said they would (what Dr.Ashford told her they'd do), which is use a COVER-UP STORY about a leak at a nuclear plant, causing the explosion / biohazard. No one is going to believe a story by two, or a few who recorded their story about Zombies and Umbrella Corp. has money & power, plus strength in numbers.

    5. "How can Jill and Carlos pretend to be Umbrella Agents when there's a televised national manhunt for the pair?"
    – Okay, fair. I'd forgotten this part (I literally just finished re-watching the film, though) and found it so cheesy and unrealistic. I could have happened before the news story, maybe…? Either way, I guess they just used their super OPs S.T.A.R.S skills and contacts lmao.

    6. "Finally, why the hell do they get Alice and Nemesis to fight each other… with their fists!?! Do they plan on sending them into combat unarmed? And how would this really determine which of the two is "better"?"
    – These are all stupid questions and the film clearly answers them. They are similar B.O.W's and they need to determine which is the superior, physically and mentally, without extra help like knives, guns or other weapons, as that would render the test invalid and pointless. They're not testing guns etc. they're testing B.O.W's. Arming B.O.W's improves their power, but they obviously need to test their natural abilities as they can't just solely rely on weapons, I mean, they aren't just normal people. Of course Umbrella are going to test their B.O.W's, like, wth…?
